How it works
Step 1)
Shortly after your referral to us, a member of our business administration team will contact all involved parties in order to start the process. They will also allocate an expert mediator.
Step 2)
Our mediator will speak individually with all affected parties in order to fully understand the situation from their point of view.
An understanding and non-judgemental meeting is guaranteed.

Step 3)
A group meeting will be held with all affected parties. The mediator will guide the conversation, ensure a hostility-free environment, and together a plan of action will be created.

Step 4)
A post-mediation follow-up schedule will be created. In a series of short meetings our mediator will check on the process of the plan of action. In the vast majority of cases, one round of expert mediation is all that is required, however should it be required we can meet again in order to ensure all parties are satisfied.
